Human Rights and Public Health
This course provides a context and set of resources to enable readers to understand the importance of Human Rights to Public Health. It presents a general introduction to the subject and examples of areas where the relationship is particularly important or vulnerable such as in humanitarian crises, reproductive health, universal health care, and the provision of health services, as well as introduces some of the legal aspects of Human Rights. The course is relevant to all, but in particular, to those with interests in global health.
