In this activity you will examine the impact of stigma on vulnerable and marginalized populations with respect to substance use disorder identification and treatment strategies.

Step 1: Review the information shared during the lesson on stigma and ethical issues.

Step 2:  Explore online to see the various examples of free video creation applications*. Become familiar with what good and poor videos look like. View the video creation tips found at http://www.kathleenamorris.com/2020/06/01/video-tools-teachers/ .

Step 3: Using the video creation tool of your choice, create a 5- 10 minute video discussing stigma and its impact on vulnerable and marginalized populations with respect to Substance Use Disorders identification and treatment, along with strategies for mitigating this impact.

Step 4: Remember to proofread and edit your video.  Make sure your video can be viewed easily in full screen mode.
