  • Please ensure that you view the webinar and answer the quiz questions (in either English or Spanish) based on the webinar before starting the case studies. Completion of the webinar and the quiz is mandatory in order to receive your certificate. You must get all three questions correct in order to receive a certificate. 
    If you attended the live webinar session, simply open the webinar link and close it again; this will confirm and record your completion in the system.
