Instructions

Start by exploring the multitude of tools/services available, select one, create your own example of a jigsaw puzzle (be sure to link it to your chosen theme), and then design a learning activity that requires from your students to construct their own jigsaw puzzles.

• A Word document in which you describe
• The names of 3 jigsaw puzzle tools that you explored before making the decision to use the one you built your example in.
• Three reasons why you chose to use that particular tool as opposed to the others that you considered.
• A worksheet that can be used in class:
• Title of the activity
• Name, date and class details (space where the learner can add their details)
• The learning outcome of the activity
• The instructions to the students
• Anything else you deem necessary
• An example of a completed Jigsaw Puzzle. Once again, considering the theme/topic that you chose to work with, identify a picture/photo/graphic that is relevant and meaningful.
• A rubric that can be used to mark the student’s jigsaw puzzles.
