Instructions

1. Design a student satisfaction survey for the online module that you are teaching in order to determine students’ satisfaction with the course design, user friendliness, content, e-learning activities, Learning Management System (LMS) and support provided to them. The satisfaction survey will be administered on the online platform after the students have completed the module.  The survey should contain at least 15 questions. 

Marks: 20 

2. Design a pre- and post-questionnaire to evaluate whether the learning outcomes of the same module have been achieved, e.g. whether an increase in knowledge, self-reported skills, values and attitudes occurred. The same questionnaire will be administered before and after the module and may consist of multiple choice questions, true or false questions, and rating scales.  The questionnaire should contain at least 15 questions.
