Instructions

Following the same pattern as previously, explore some crossword puzzle makers that you find online, and create your own puzzle, linking it to the topic that you chose earlier on. 

Then, also create a learning opportunity for your students with an associated rubric.

• A Word document in which you describe
• The names of 3 crossword puzzle tools that you explored before making the decision to use the one you built your example in.
• Three reasons why you chose to use that particular tool as opposed to the others that you considered.
• A worksheet that can be used in class:
• Title of the activity
• Name, date and class details (space where the learner can add their details)
• The learning outcome of the activity
• The instructions to the students
• Anything else you deem necessary
• An example of a completed Crossword Puzzle. Once again, considering the theme/topic that you chose to work with, identify some concepts and their definitions/synonyms or antonyms/related items (such as countries and continents) that are relevant and meaningful.
• A rubric that can be used to mark the students' crossword puzzle.
