Instructions

1. In Module 3 you designed various formative assessment online activities for a module that you are teaching. You are now going to design an Assessment Plan for that same module. 
• Download the Assessment Plan template. Consider the following questions:
• Is it user friendly?  
• Does is contain all the important aspects needed to ensure proper planning and constructive alignment?
• Can you improve on it?  
• Improve the template to suit your needs. 
• Complete the improved template for the online module that you are teaching, as identified in Module 2 (ongoing project), including formative and summative assessments. (40)
2. Compile an assessment schedule for the same module. (10)
