concepts of lifestyle medicine, introducing all six pillars (nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, substance use, and relationships/social connectedness) while emphasizing the role of physician health, advocacy, and planetary health in promoting sustainable lifestyle interventions. It establishes lifestyle medicine as an evidence-based approach to preventing and treating chronic disease through behavior change.Instructional Goals covered in this module:
